Bill Arey, REALTOR, has lived in south Baton Rouge his entire life. He had a successful 25 years in sales and management, but had thought about selling real estate for some time. Once the opportunity came to join his good friend, Pat Wattam, in her business, Bill jumped at the chance!! "With Bill's background, I knew he would be a natural at real estate. Given his knowledge of the Old Baton Rouge area, he will be a real asset to the team!" says Pat Wattam.
Bill is not only a native son, he is also a graduate of LSU with Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees. He is married to Emily DiStefano and they have two lovely daughters. Bill still has a strong interest in music - classical guitar especially - and photography, as well as traveling with his family.
"Having lived in south Baton Rouge my entire life, I look forward to sharing my knowledge of what this wonderful city has to offer. Please call me so I can help you choose the right house for your life style." Bill Arey

Roger WattamRealtor4750 Sherwood CommonBaton RougeLA 70816 US
Roger, Pat's husband, retired from LSU and joined the team to help with many facets of the operation. His extensive background in managing and maintenance of the rental property they own has been a real benefit to their clients who seek his advice on owning and managing of their own rental property. If you have any interest in vacation properties to rent on the Gulf Coast in Orange Beach, AL, let him know. We own several vacation properties, including a corner unit with wrap around balcony at Windward Pointe.
Roger is also an avid tennis player and plays on several teams. We were so excited that 3 of his 4 teams won their league in Baton Rouge to go on to the State Competition. Two of them won at State and one has already played at Regionals in Hilton Head, SC (alas, they lost - but it was close!). If you have any questions about playing tennis or hiking in our area, just check with Roger!
Leslie Green4750 Sherwood CommonBaton RougeLA 70816 US
Leslie Green, a graduate of LSU and Baton Rouge Magnet High School, worked in the petrochemical industry for 11 years for a technical training company in marketing, sales, and training using gas chromatographs. The next 13 years were at LSU Press and The Southern Review where Leslie was part of the marketing and sales team, budgeting, and putting together their presentations at national book fairs. These two jobs led Leslie to bring her sales and organizational skills to Pat’s Team. “Helping others enjoy the benefits of homeownership and having the opportunity to negotiate for them is something that I get very excited about”, says Leslie.
“As a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, I know what the city has to offer. Each area of the city has its own special qualities, fun things to do, music, food, sports, etc. I love our local farmer's market and farm-to-table restaurants.”
Leslie’s husband, Griffin Campbell, is the saxophone professor at LSU; their daughter, Rosa, is a musical theatre student at Northwestern State University of Louisiana; and their son, Alexander, is a student at Baton Rouge Magnet High School.
