    Celebrating 24 years of Service!

    With the number one RE/MAX Team in Baton Rouge in 2008, 2007,2006 and 2004, Pat Wattam is known for her flair in marketing and her persistence in getting the job done. "Making Things Happen" isn't just a motto for her, it's what she does! A native of Arkansas, a graduate in Music Education from Arkansas Tech University and holding a Master of Music in Performance from Michigan State University, Pat and her husband Roger moved to Baton Rouge in 1979 when Roger joined the Music Department at LSU. They are both avid tennis players and love to travel - and when they travel, horseback riding always comes into the picture!!

    Pat truly believes in the ''customer for life'' concept and it shows in the attention she pays to her clients, both during and after the process. The Pat Wattam Team Sells a House Every 2.4 Days!  Pat has built a team with agents who have different strengths but who all believe in taking care of the client and making the home buying and selling process as hassle free as possible!

    Debbie Hanna, Buyer Specialist, is a native of Arkansas and a graduate of Louisiana State University. Debbie recently moved back to Baton Rouge after 13 years in Los Angeles, where she was the West Coast field sales manager for the Warner Music Group, and subsequently, account executive with the Los Angeles Daily News. Debbie's husband, Jim, also a graduate of LSU, is a classical musician and her son, Blake, is a senior music major at California State University Northridge. An avid tennis player, Debbie also enjoys music and LSU sports! She is excited to bring not only her sales and management expertise to the team, but her marketing skills as well! Debbie understands the needs and issues facing relocating families and will make the home buying process as seamless as possible.

    Petersen, a native of Baton Rouge, has been a top salesperson for the past 6 years in real estate!!  Kyle has assisted many relocating home buyers to the Baton Rouge area, guided investors to make good choices, and helped many first time home buyers take that first step!!  Kyle's knowledge of the real estate market is one of many reasons he is able to guide people to make wise decisions!

    Kyle loves LSU sports and likes playing basketball himself, when time allows. He is a graduate of Parkview Baptist High School, attended LSU as well as Southeastern University, majoring in marketing. He is also a graduate of the Star Power Buyer University, the Star Power Seller University, and has the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation.

      He has a lovely daughter who is the light of his life.  He and his wife, Michelle, love to travel, especially beach trips!

    Bill Arey, REALTOR, has lived in south Baton Rouge his entire life.  He had a successful 25 years in sales and management, but had thought about selling real estate for some time.  Once the opportunity came to join his good friend, Pat Wattam, in her business, Bill jumped at the chance!!  "With Bill's background, I knew he would be a natural at real estate.  Given his knowledge of the Old Baton Rouge area, he will be a real asset to the team!" says Pat Wattam.

    Bill is not only a native son, he is also a graduate of LSU with Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees.  He is married to Emily DiStefano and they have two lovely young daughters.  Bill still has a strong interest in music - classical guitar especially - and photography, as well as traveling with his family.

    Karen and her daughter return to Baton Rouge from Dallas, TX.  Karen has been involved in the mortgage industry for a number of years and brings her organizational skills to the Pat Wattam Team!  As a Realtor, Karen is able to help you with any aspect of your transaction and is in the office daily to make sure that the process runs smoothly.  Karen is an avid tennis player and also enjoys listening to her daughter perform with the Louisiana Youth Orchestra!
