The Pat Wattam Team Sells a House Every 3 Days!!
Pat Wattam and her Team joined forces with RE/MAX First in 2003 and quickly became the number one RE/MAX Team in Baton Rouge in 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006 and 2004. With her background in music and her passion for real estate sales, Pat Wattam is known for her flair in marketing and her persistence in getting the job done. "Making Things Happen" isn't just a motto for her, it's what she does! A native of Arkansas, a graduate in Music Education from Arkansas Tech University and holding a Master of Music in Clarinet Performance from Michigan State University, Pat and her husband Roger moved to Baton Rouge in 1979 when Roger joined the Music Department at LSU. They are both avid tennis players, obviously enjoy music, and love to travel - and when they travel, horseback riding always comes into the picture!! Pat's new hobby (or obsession, if you will!), is oil painting!!!

Pat truly believes in the ''customer for life'' concept and it shows in the attention she pays to her clients, both during and after the process. Pat has built a team with agents who have different strengths but who all believe in taking care of the client and making the home buying and selling process as hassle free as possible! That is why the majority of their business comes from referrals from past clients, friends, Realtors, and neighbors! A lot of her clients and neighbors attend the Team's Annual Christmas Party where they collect food for the Baton Rouge Food Bank.

Debbie's husband, Jim, also a graduate of LSU, is a classical musician and her son, Blake, is pursuing a music degree at California State University Northridge. Roger is also an avid tennis player and plays on several teams. We were so excited that 3 of his 4 teams won their league in Baton Rouge to go on to the State Competition. Two of them won at State and one has already played at Regionals in Hilton Head, SC (alas, they lost - but it was close!).
